No two days at a club look alike, so the sheet is configured per day of week — Tuesday’s intervals aren’t Saturday’s, and the software knows it.
Your intervals, your capacity, your courses
Set the slot interval and the capacity per time, differently for each day of the week. Run multiple courses — each with its own holes, par, slope and course rating, and yardage — on one sheet. Every booking captures the round length, the guests and the cart request, so the starter’s sheet is the truth, not a best guess.

Check in, no-show, move — all on the record
Open any booking to check the group in, mark a no-show or move them to another time. Every change lands in the activity log under Tee Time, and the month-end golf report counts rounds, guests, no-shows and carts by course, day and time. From sign-up sheet to final payout
The whole event in one place
Set the format, the entry fee and the purse, configure each hole’s par, handicap and yardage, then open the event and add the field — members from the roster, guests by name with a sponsoring member. Groups build themselves at random or by handicap. Scoring can be locked to the scorekeeper tablet, opened to the carts, or both at once, per event. When the last card is in, skins and payouts are already computed.
Handicaps stay honest, too: ClubCore includes GHIN / USGA handicap integration — member linking, score posting and handicap index tracking, live once the club’s GHIN credentials are connected.
Groups in one click
Build the playing groups from the roster at random or by handicap instead of by hand. Team events take configurable team sizes.
Scoring your way
Choose who enters scores — an official scorekeeper, the golfers on the cart screen, or both — and the server holds every event to it.
Handicaps, frozen fairly
Each participant’s handicap is snapshotted at registration — with a percentage adjustment if the format calls for it — so nobody’s index moves between sign-up and the first tee. With handicaps on, the leaderboard ranks by net.
Entry fees & purse
A member’s entry fee posts to their account when they’re added, and comes off again if they withdraw; a guest’s fee bills the member who sponsored them. The purse sits in the same place the field lives, no side spreadsheet.
Skins, calculated
Skins carry, split and pay out per hole automatically. The math that ends arguments in the grill room happens in the software, hole by hole.
A real event lifecycle
Every tournament moves draft → open → active → completed, so registration, scoring and results each open exactly when they should.

The leaderboard moves while they’re still on the course
Scores flow in from the course over the club’s own LoRa radio mesh — from cart screens and the scorekeeper tablet — and the board in the grill room updates the moment a hole is entered. No waiting for cards to come in, no hand-ranking a spreadsheet at 5 p.m.
