A chat bubble on every back-office screen. Ask how to close a tab, add a member or run end-of-day — Copilot answers from its knowledge base, cites where the answer came from, and can walk your staff through the task on the live screen.

Copilot retrieves the most relevant passages from the documents in its knowledge base — then answers from those passages and shows you which ones it used. The club that wrote the SOP stays the authority on the SOP. It’s a how-to guide, not a data tool: questions about revenue or A/R belong in Reports and Accounting.
It starts with ClubCore’s own manuals, and your administrator can load the club’s closing procedures, house rules and operating manuals beside them. Each document is indexed section by section, so an answer points at the exact passage — not a whole binder.
Replies come with the documents and sections they drew from, each with a relevance score. Tap a source to see where the answer came from — no guessing whether to trust it.
Answers stream in as they’re written, and every conversation is saved per user. Start a question at the front desk, finish it after the lunch rush.
Copilot floats in the corner of every back-office page — members, billing, tee sheet, accounting. Staff never leave what they’re doing to look something up; the answer comes to the screen they’re on.
When a question maps to a task Copilot knows, it offers more than an answer: a guided walkthrough of the actual interface. It highlights the exact control for each step, explains what it does, and moves on automatically when it sees you’ve done it.
It guides — your staff do the clicking. That’s deliberate: the person who performed the end-of-day close under Copilot’s highlighting can do it alone tomorrow. New-hire training stops being a shadow shift and a laminated cheat sheet.
The first walkthroughs cover the tasks new staff hit on day one — one for each seat in the clubhouse. ClubCore support switches walkthroughs on for your club.
An assistant is only as trustworthy as its sources — so the sources are yours to manage, in the open, from Settings.
The knowledge base lives in Settings: see every indexed source and remove any you don’t want. New documents are loaded by your administrator — what Copilot draws on is always your call.
ClubCore is club-scoped by design — the knowledge base, chat history and sources belong to your club alone.
Copilot is a module like any other: switch it on from Settings and the assistant appears on every back-office screen. Switch it off and it’s gone.
Copilot ships as part of the platform — plans are on the pricing page, and there’s no per-question meter to watch.
We'll hand you a personal sandbox seeded with a full club — menu, members and three years of books — then walk your team through it.
